IP Phone System
Configuation

Follow these steps in configuring your IP Phone:
- Disconnect the telephone from the internet (LAN)
- Power down the phone and then power it back up.
- Press the telephones
button.
- To set the IP address press button 18 on the lower right side.
Enter the IP number. If the number is only 2 digits, you must add
a 0 in front to complete the three digit request. Depress the #
key when the IP number is entered.
- To set the subnet address, press button 17 on the lower right
side. Enter the subnet number and depress the # key.
- To set the default gateway address press button 16 on the
lower right side. Enter the gateway address number and depress the
# key.
- To set or check the NBX gateway address depress button 15 on
the lower right side. The number should be 204.234.227.65.
Check with your district tech coordinator to get your IP number,
subnet, and IP gateway addresses. If you are not sure what they were,
contact John Stritt - jstritt@esu10.org or IP phone #3106.

Setup of messaging system on IP
Phone
To set up your voice mail, depress the blue message button on the
left front of the IP Phone. Follow the directions for setting
password, voice message, etc.
If you forget your password, contact John Stritt (3106) or
jstritt@esu10.org.
If you wish to change your messaging information, depress the
message button, enter the password, and follow the directions.
