TVDEC was awarded a Title II Part D grant (Whoop It Up) for 2005. Included in that grant were dollars to provide funding for 2005-06 elearning licenses. The amount of funds that are available will be divided equally toward payment of a 250 Angel elearning user licence for 2005-06 school year. In order to receive partial funding, TVDEC schools must meet these criteria:
Through funding from a Title IIe grant, TVDEC member schools have been provided a 250 user eLearning license for the 2004-05 school year. Currently, these TVDEC schools have teachers or students using the myelearning.org program. Schools that have teachers trained on myeLearning.org program are in bold print.

The next scheduled teacher eLearning training is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, Oct 27 and 28. Teachers from TVDEC schools will be eligible to receive a $100 substitute reimbursement that will go to their school district.
