The meeting was called to order by Executive Council president Ron Wymore - 2:07.

Attendance: Ron Wymore, Duane Uttecht, Mark Aten, Alan Wibbels, Craig Peterson, John Stritt, John Horvath (at UNK), Jeff Anderson and Beth Kabes (at Columbus).

Agenda:

I. Approve minutes of November 10, 2004 meeting

Duaine Uttecht moved to approve minutes. Mark Aten second. Motion carried.

II. Review and approve November and December bills.

Alan Wibbels moved to approve bills. Craig Peterson second. Motion carried.

    • $2,000 Virus, Service Pak, Upgrade IP listings

    Craig Peterson moved to do upgrades for virus, service pak, IP listings with DFS for $2,000. Duaine Uttecht second. Motion carried.

  • System use clarifications by DFS
• Proposal for installation of switching technology at ESU 10
  • UNK has a 32 x 32 audio/video switch that they are trading in. They would be able to sell it to TVDEC for trade in price of $5,305. Additional item needed to set up switching station at ESU 10 would include a SYX switcher - $600.

  Mark Aten moved that TVDEC purchase the switch and SYX switcher. Duaine Uttecht second.

  Discussion - The contracted tech support account would be the budget item. Alan Wibbels said he would seek approval for ESU 10 to purchase any other equipment plus supply labor and materials to install switching station at ESU 10.

  • Interview for TVDEC position during the last week of July and first week of August
