Resolution
to amend the Interlocal Cooperation Act Agreement of the
Tri-Valley Distance-Education Consortium

WHEREAS, the _____________ Public School District #_______, shares a common interest of expansion of educational opportunities for students and area citizens, and;

WHEREAS, a group of public school districts, ESU 7, ESU 10, ESU 11, University of Nebraska at Kearney, and the Central Community College System have formed the Tri-Valley Distance Education Consortium, and;

WHEREAS, these same districts presently have an Interlocal Cooperation Act Agreement representing the Tri-Valley Distance Education Consortium;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that _____________ Public School District #_______ hereby agrees to amend this Interlocal Cooperation Act Agreement to read as enclosed and witnessed. (See bylaw reference below)

Original phrasing: The annual meeting of the TVDEC Governing Board will be held during the first week of August.

Change phrasing to read: The annual meeting of the TVDEC Governing Board will be held no later then the end of September.

Reason for change: The amended change will allow for flexibility needed in scheduling the annual meeting.
